Mitterberg Skating XC Trail
moderate Cross-country skiing · Gröbminger Land
The high plateau of Mitterberg is also good for skating. Starting from the municipal office, in addition to the 10 km Mitterberg classic trail, the 5.5 km long Mitterberg skating trail is also waiting for you to explore.
From the municipal office we start on a first loop towards Gersdorf. Then back to the municipal office and now turn left to Zirting where you cross the state road. To the left of the sports field you now run to Kaindorf on Haidacher Feld with another beautiful loop. We return on the familiar route.
Take the B320 to Gröbming and take the Mitte Gröbming/Mitterberg exit. Continue left towards Mitterberg and in Kaindorf turn left towards Zirting. Passing Zirting you reach the intersection at the Hauserl inn in the forest. Here you turn right to the municipal office.
You can take the skibus from Gröbming in the winter holiday time.
Parking lots at the municipal office.
